I am best casinos not comfortable being required to wager my own deposit just to withdraw it. I contacted support immediately, and the issue was escalated, however I did not receive any follow-up or update from the promotions team for several days and had to follow up myself. My deposit was accepted, but the bonus was not applied.

But they’re more of a bonus – i’ve never woke up thinking ‘what a great session’. As for your $20 issue, make the best of what you can afford…never bring more if you can’t afford it! Actually, I have checked their license and other details, but I still cannot confirm whether they are a scam or legitimate. The name of the casino is “faotex.com” 100% a scam, getting more common with hundreds popping up each month.

It is standard practice for all casinos to demand and require a cash deposit BEFORE any withdrawal claim can be processed!
